What's nearby: Warm Springs Day Lodge and lifts are a short walk away (100 foot) where you can take advantage of the world-class ski runs of Bald Mountain! You can get a coffee at the Konditorei before hitting the slopes. And at the end of your day, you can kick back and warm up at the bar with a hot Buttered Bourbon or the famous 'Shot Ski'. Ketchum is a mere two and a half miles away, offering great nightlife, shopping, and dining. For a little more adventure, you can go a bit further to Sun Valley (three and a half miles), where you can go horseback riding or ice skating. Or take in some music at the Sun Valley Pavillion. THINGS TO KNOW *The balcony is currently off limits due to storm damage. Guest access Your lockbox is located to the right of the door. Once inside, you'll open the garage using the button on the wall. The garage has no remote, so this manual operation is your only option for entry and exit by car. Other things to note You're in the heart of Ketchum's outdoor recreation area. Mountain biking, fly fishing on the Big Wood River, paddleboarding at Redfish Lake (about 40 minutes away), and hiking from the Sun Valley Gondola are all nearby. In winter, world-class skiing at Sun Valley is minutes away. Hot springs like Frenchman's Bend and Easley Hot Springs are a short drive, and Silver Creek Preserve is excellent for wildlife spotting. The area is also known for stargazing-Galena Lodge offers some of Idaho's clearest night skies. Downtown Ketchum has excellent dining, from casual spots like Rickshaw and Java on Fourth to upscale options like Michel's Christiania and Enoteca.
