We offer two beautifully appointed one Bedroom, one bath condominiums at the mouth of the Steinhatchee River at Sunset Place Resort #199È.Watch the most spectacular sunsets or watch your children swim in our pool from your private balcony. We offer both vehicle and boat trailer private parking. Dock space is also available at no additional charge. Come scallop, fish or just relax! The view,the view and the view! We also have the shortest no wake distance to the Gulf. You will have access to our beautiful pool , outdoor cook house, cornhole , horseshoe games and secure boat dock We live on the east coast of Florida and even though we visit often,we are not available onsite. We do have a front office open daily for linen exchange . We are a small drinking town with a fishing problem! We travel around our little town by car,truck,boat or golf cart. In these times of COVID-19 we are Taking extra precautions to make your stay safe and comfortable. Our condo has an exterior entrance and all common areas are outdoors.
