This 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Ranch house has been completely renovated & offers an open layout, full kitchen that is well stocked, a large yard, & quiet location. Within a mile of Downtown Ball Ground, and within a 2-10 minute drive to multiple North GA Wedding venues such as The Wheeler House, The Corner District, The Greystone Estate & The Tate House. Other nearby attractions include Feathers Edge Vineyards, Gibbs Garden, the North GA mountains and apple festivals and more! The space This 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom home was completely renovated in 2020 and features a new kitchen, both bathrooms completely renovated, and LVT flooring throughout the entire home. Located all on one level, the oversized primary bedroom has a King Bed, a make-up vanity/small desk and a full size stand-up mirror and the adjoining bathroom has a walk0in shower and raised vanity with granite countertop. On the other side of the home there is a 2nd full bathroom with a tub/shower combo situated in between bedroom 2 which has a Queen size bed and bedroom 3 which has a King bed. All rooms have ceiling fans and dressers. The kitchen is well equipped with all you would need to cook meals and small appliances such as a coffee maker, blender and toaster. There is a large flat screen (smart) TV in the living room with Roku and YouTubeTV and streaming capabilities. We provide Wifi but also provide playing cards, dominoes and some "table games" to spend time together around the table. The unfinished basement has a foosball table and dart board. You can listen to the birds singing while sitting on the front porch rocking chairs or enjoy the outdoor area with a large table that doubles as a firepit, swivel chairs and overhead string lights. We are located 1 mile from quaint Downtown Ball Ground and the Wheeler House and 4 miles to Greystone Estate. We do allow a maximum of 2 dogs, maximum weight 50 lbs each - with a pet fee. Available for weekend rentals or weekly and midterm (30-60 day) stays but this property does fill up way in advance so we recommend booking early. There is a short path of flagstone pavers from the driveway to the front porch and 2 steps up to the front door. Other things to note There are 2 steps to the front door. Only dogs less than 50 lbs, no more than 2 dogs. Absolutely NO CATS allowed. The maximum # of overnight guests is 6. If you will have visitors, we kindly ask to have No more than 8 people in the home at any time without prior consent. Parking on the grass or on the road is NOT allowed (out of safety concerns).
