This 350 square foot, minimalist-style apartment will be everything you need in a short term rental! Perfectly located just seconds off I-26, steps away from Downtown Johnson City, and just a short bike's ride to JC's new mountain bike park - Tannery Knobs. This property includes a huge front deck with chairs, a fire pit, a national forest style grill, covered bike rack, and access to our on-site coin/card operated laundry machines. The space This cozy apartment-style property mixes the outdoors with the city. Being a modern take on a minimalist ideal, this space offers a look on how you can live off the basics. It will offer everything you will ever need in a short-term rental. Please note that the kitchen is not a full-sized, large kitchen. We offer a conventional over / air fryer combo and a 2 burner electric stove to cook with. Guest access All guest will have access to the deck, fire pit, charcoal grill, laundry room, Little Free Library, and bike rack. Other things to note We have not provided a TV in this home. We want all of our guest to spend as much time exploring what the area, culture, and people have to offer in East Tennessee!
