Carnley House: Luxury 4 beds, with Huge Pool

LUXURIOUS MEDITERRANEAN HOME MINUTES FROM IH35! The Carnley House provides guests with a truly unbeatable vacation rental experience. With four bedrooms, each with it's own en suite bathroom, the home can comfortably sleep 10 adults. The multiple outdoor spaces provide activities for the entire family, with large pool, grass volleyball court, outdoor kitchen. VERY CONVENIENT! ***PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS IS 10, INCLUDING ALL DAY GUESTS*** The space The owner’s suite has a king bed, and the other 3 bedrooms have queen beds. There is dining for 8 in the breakfast room and dining for 8 in the formal dining. Two bedrooms are on the main level and two are upstairs. There are 3 patios in the backyard. One by the pool, one with a new outdoor kitchen and the fire pit patio with 10 Adirondack chairs. Guest access There is parking for 5-7 vehicles depending on the size. Other things to note MAXIMUM OVERNIGHT GUESTS IS 10, INCLUDING ALL CHILDREN OVER THE AGE OF 2. NO ADDITIONAL DAY GUESTS IF IT RESULTS IN OVER 10 PEOPLE BEING AT THE HOME AT ANY GIVEN TIME.
