Well-equipped kitchen w/2 refrigerators, 2 ovens make for easy group entertaining. In room fireplaces and en-suite jetted tubs, Greybourne House is the perfect setting for friends and extended family to come together, yet have privacy in their own rooms. Multiple play areas are perfect for allowing kids or teens to have their own space. Bedrooms, bathrooms and dining room were recently updated; new pictures coming soon. Additional pictures coming soon of hot tub, etc. Bedroom detail: The four upstairs bedrooms have en-suite bath and fireplaces in each; three king bedrooms and one queen. The two bedrooms downstairs offer en-suite bathrooms; one king bed and one queen bed. Full size sleeper sofa in basement game room can accommodate overflow sleepers and expand to total accommodations to 14. All of the king bedroom en-suite bathrooms have jetted tubs. Built on a private 3-acre site, enjoy the backyard with NEW outdoor 7-person hot tub, outdoor propane grill, fire pit, large patio with tables, chairs and umbrellas suitable for outdoor gatherings (all available seasonally). Guests will be required to complete a short term rental agreement in order to confirm the reservation. Failure to sign the agreement or complete the certification within 24 hours of booking will result in cancelling the reservation. Greybourne House is designed to accommodate 12 adults in 6 beds. The maximum overnight capacity is 14 people without approval and at no time may more than 16 people spend the night per the Fire Marshall. Unapproved overnight guests will be subject to fees as per the short-term rental agreement. Contracting guest must be 21 or over or have parent co-sign. Pets are only allowed with prior approval. During peak seasons pets may not be allowed or limited to certain non-shedding breeds. Unapproved pets will be subject to additional fee as in the short-term rental agreement. Children are welcome! Parents are advised that there are two sets of stairs, and the backyard has a rolling hillside with a patio elevated above the surrounding area, so toddlers must be watched at all times. There are removable stair gates available. Guest responsible for using if desired. While the gas fireplaces in bedrooms are the sealed kind (the flame is behind glass), the living room fireplace is not, and parents are asked to not leave children unattended near the fireplaces or propane grill. Living room fireplace has doors that MUST be open during use. We provide both a built-in screen and a movable screen that can be put in front of the fireplace doors.
