Two smart TVs and Wi-Fi are included. Off-street parking in front of the house. A deck overlooks the lake in the back of the house along with a BBQ grill, a fire pit, and a picnic table in the backyard. It is 20 minutes to downtown Syracuse via Rt 81. The beds have have linens, there are bath towels, hand soap, dish soap, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and cookware for the guests to use. The backyard has a fire pit, large picnic table, and full-size grill. The house has central air. Guest access The guests will have the entire house and yard to themselves. They will be given a key to lock up when they come and go.
