There is also a fully stocked kitchen, remote controlled propane fireplace, deck, rowboat with electric motor, 2 kayaks, a stand-up paddle board, charcoal grill, fast internet and more. The lake is visible from all the windows on that side of the house. You can wake up in the master bedroom suite and take in the view of the morning mist on the water. The second bedroom has a new queen-sized bedroom set and the morning sun, and blackout shades for those that like it dark! The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunkbeds, USB charging stations and a 50” TV ready for a video game system. There are two full baths, with complimentary toiletries essentials and a 'take what you need' bin of extras. The family room has beautiful lake views, a 50” TV with Roku for streaming your favorite shows and a cozy propane fireplace with easy-to-use remote to warm up after a day on the slopes. The dining room is setup for a large family meal or an ideal spot for working remotely while gazing at the lake. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher), a Keurig machine, electric kettle and all the cookware and utensils to make a gormet meal. There is a cozy breakfast bar, where you can drink your coffee and tea, also with beautiful lake views. In the attached garage, there is a large sauna to warm up or just relax. Outside, you’ll find a spacious deck and patio with a Solo Stove firepit and charcoal grill. And of course, there is a dock leading you to why you came here in the first place, the lake. A row boat with electric motor, 2 kayaks and a stand up paddle board are included from April to November. The fishing in the lake is excellent with plenty of easy to catch bass, bluegill, perch and pickerel. The house has the fastest internet available (1GB ethernet, >500 Mbps WIFI) to accommodate plenty of devices and streaming. The entire house to themselves. The master bedroom closet and master bathroom closets are locked for owner and cleaning crew use. I will provide Check-In information prior to your arrival.
