Listing Description
You can find us just 30 minutes west of Bismarck-Mandan, though you might think you've stepped back in time rather than traveled any distance. Home to Salem Sue, ND Country Fest, Morton County Fairgrounds, and the Cow Town Hoe Down.
The space
Originally built as a four-room motel, Elisha's Place was later converted into a two-bedroom, two bath guest accommodation. While visiting, you will enjoy a full eat-in kitchen with stove, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, tea kettle and coffee maker. There is a washer and dryer for your use in the north bedroom and the couch doubles as a hide-a-bed. We also keep a Pack-N-Play on hand should you need it for your little one.
While staying with us you will have access to the entire place. If your children need to burn off some energy, they're welcome to do so in the backyard between Elisha's Place and the garage. The deck between Elisha's Place and the main house is smaller, but you are welcome to join us if we're out there visiting and use it when we're not around. We usually have portable chairs there, unless the forecast is for rain. Sorry, for now the grill is strictly for Blaise's use.
Guest access
Free Wi-Fi access. Smart TV with a DVD player is in the living room. You are free to park on the street in front of Elisha's Place or in our driveway off the alley.
Other things to note
We offer simple hospitality, ever practicing what is not our natural gifting. Our children work with us to improve and keep this place. If you notice something that we have missed, please let us know that we can address it.
We have begun some updating to Elisha's Place. This will be an ongoing process and ask for your patience where we have not yet tended to.
