The central location is fantastic for getting to so many wonderful towns that you'll have trouble deciding "WHICH WAY" to go first! :) The space The open living space and huge kitchen make the cottage so comfortable. The bathrooms are very roomy. The master has a very large tile shower and two separate sinks and vanities. The spacious laundry room has brand new, full size front load washer and dryer and in fact all the appliances are brand new at Which Way Ranch. You'll enjoy the relaxing surroundings and the welcoming modern, rustic style throughout the space. Make a fire in one of the two outdoor fireplaces and sit under the stars or the covered outdoor room and enjoy! Fire wood is available for $5 a bundle. You'll want to get up early and sit quietly on either one of the two patio's to enjoy the wildlife. Watch and listen for deer, owl's, Loons and maybe even a Porcupine. Guest access You have access to the whole place except the locked, closed off areas listed below. The huge outdoor "room" is a covered Lanai that is approximately 18' x 22" and is usable all year round. The only "owner only" area's are the wood shed & Barn & the cupboards in the laundry area and under sinks in bathrooms as well as the top of the Armour for linens & the Utility room that we have closed off to guests with zip tie's. We thank you in advance for not tampering with or opening these area's as it contains our personal items and housekeeping items that have been prepared for our next guests in advance. Other things to note "The Muffin Tin" downtown Alden has fine coffee, espresso and fantastic food. Way above average service and food menu and they have cocktails! Just turn right out of the driveway then left on Rapid City Rd. It's about 3 miles. Explore "Little Traverse City"...Alden is adorable! Try Blue Water Bistro! It's just a couple miles from Which Way Ranch. Great pizza that's not just your typical pizza. The building is brand new and they have a full restaurant and cocktails as well. It's always packed, so go early! For groceries there is a supermarket and gas station within five minutes. Just head towards Rapid City (left onto Rapid City Rd) you'll find a Dollar General, Liquor store, BP gas and just a couple miles from Which Way Ranch is a good sized grocery store, The Village Market. They sell groceries, liquor, firewood, ice and they have a good selection of everything you should need. Ice cream place in Rapid City as well.
