Perfect for couples or small families. This home is a two story cabin, with a walk out lower level. Both levels have private entrances and are completely separate from each other. Each level has a full home setup. The owner lives in the upper level and is available for questions and recommendations at your convenience. The front yard and lower porch is dedicated to the guests enjoyment. The backyard, which is not visible from the guests quarters, is dedicated to the owner. The guests will have access to the entire lower level, lower porch and front yard. Guests are welcome to ask questions and get advice from owner. The town of Virgin, located a short 10 to 15 minute drive from the entrance of Zion National Park, was established in 1857 and still has that small town feel. Unlike the hustle and bustle of Springdale, Virgin is quiet and there is no such thing as traffic and crowds here. Everyone knows each other. When you walk down the road, you will be sure to get a friendly wave. The town is so safe you can go for a midnight walk without a care in the world. There is a very slow pace vibe here. Not much has changed in a long time. It’s beautifully peaceful. Virgin is the site for the annual Redbull Rampage, an extreme mountain bike competition that happens just over the Mesa from here. Other than our close proximity to Zion National Park, mountain biking, ATV riding, horseback riding and tubing the Virgin River are other attractions here in our town. We are also closest to the main entryway to Kolob Canyon, a section of Zion with easy backcountry access to a number of canyoneering hikes, one of which is the infamous Subway hike.
