Our house features lots of space for sleeping and hanging out together. The master bedroom has a queen and twin size beds with a private bathroom. The two other bedrooms on the main floor each have a queen size bed. The lower level hosts two bedrooms with private baths. One room has a queen and a twin and the other bedroom has 2 queens. There is also a futon that can be converted to a full size bed. All mattresses are new and very comfortable. The living room has a large flat screen TV equipped with roku. The dining room opens to a large deck with outdoor furniture and charcoal grill. The yard overlooks the 13th hole on the Pines Course at Lake Arrowhead Golf Course. All bedrooms have TV’s with Roku or an Amazon Firestick for streaming. The walk-out basement opens to the large yard for gathering. The kitchen offers range, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator, along with an island with bar-top seating. The open-concept dining room has a table that can expand to seat 8-10 people. It also comes with first-floor washer and dryer for your convenience.
