The space – The Property – The home comfortably sleeps a crowd with four bedrooms and plenty of space to relax: ✅ Bedroom 1: King bed, peaceful lake views, and private half-bath ✅ Bedroom 2: King bed with water views ✅ Bedroom 3: King bed ✅ Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): Two twin beds + two twin trundles — perfect for kids or extra guests. The only off-limits area is a locked supply closet. We also offer three high-quality sit-on-top kayaks available to rent for just $100 flat for your entire stay (that’s for all three). Other things to note Feel free to check the lake levels ahead of your trip — just search “Lake Guntersville lake levels” and look for the TVA link. A level of 595 ft typically means about 4 feet of water in the boathouse. The lake is a living, changing environment, and the experience at the water can vary depending on water level, weeds, or debris. TVA treats the area regularly, and we also hire a local crew to clean and clear it at the start of summer. Grocery Tip: The local Publix delivers right to the front door, so no need to haul groceries if you prefer to have them brought in.
