From the moment you walk in the door, our Two Bedroom residence will make you feel right at home. With floor-to-ceiling windows, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and a living room. this suite is 1,832 square feet of posh living. Must see! Balconies are open as of June 2023. The space The 2 bedroom is a combination of 1 bedroom suite over 1200 SF, 2 bathrooms and a washer & dryer in the suite 1 king size bed and 1 queen size sleeper sofa & inflatable queen size bed ( Can accommodate up to 6 people ) & 1 studio suite with over 600 SF with balcony 1 king-size bed and queen-size sleeper sofa. ( can accommodate up to 4 people ) max guests at the 2 units together is 10 people. There is a private door to close off between both units. Guest access Only basic Wi-Fi is available free to guests (10 Mbps)...to upgrade to (30 Mbps for video streaming, etc) for only $9.99 per 24 hours, paid to the Palms Place. Other things to note The Palms place requires at least 1 guest who checks in to be over 21 with a valid ID & and credit card for a security deposit. Note: Effective January 1, 2024, all rental reservations (Palms Place rental program, private rentals, and third-party rentals) will require a daily hotel holding fee of $100 per day per unit, as this is 2 separate units to cover any incidental expenses that may arise during your guest’s stay. Palms Place will authorize your guest's debit or credit card for any holding fee at the rate of $100 per day, per unit subject to a maximum hold of $500 per stay. The authorization hold will be released and refunded to the guest upon checkout should no additional charges be incurred. IMPORTANT: Same day arrivals and/or reservations sent after 5 PM may experience check-in delays due to housekeeping and owners management being closed at 5 pm. Please be advised that Air-Bnb does not provide daily housekeeping service. So that means towels will be only available for the number of guests listed. Any extra items needed must be purchased by the guest. Guests can pay for additional housekeeping services when they arrive if needed. You can contact them for further information. There is NO smoking allowed in the unit. Please keep in mind that because it has a shared ventilation system, there may be an occasional odor of smoke in the unit. POOL HOURS Beginning Friday, March 8 Daily Opens 10 AM – Closes 5 PM So that you know, the pool team will begin clearing the deck 30 minutes prior to Pool Closing Hours nightly. The pool will be closed to all residents and guests at the scheduled Pool Closing hour. The seasonal Pool Hours will fluctuate based on daylight hours. Robes or Slippers are not provided.
