On board ye have three decks: *1st - Screen porch - dining table, patio chairs, hammock & hammock chair. *2nd - Family/Dining/TV room, DVD/VHS/Chromecast, full bath, (twin air mattress fore young Buccaneer). *3rd - Master with king bed, full bath, portable massage table, TV/DVD/Chromecast, separate sitting area. Upscale galley features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, oven, stove, dishwasher, ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, blender, sink disposal etc. If ye come prepared to cook yore own grub, you'll enjoy a fully stocked galley. Pots, pans, crock pot, blender, cooking utensils, silverware, dishes, oil, seasonings, etc. Yore private Weber gas BBQ overlooks de swimmin hole, hot tub & courtyard. Covered parking for one sm/med 'dingy' directly under unit, additional parking on property for vehicles, boat & trailer. Pirates’ Landing is remote and secluded, yet nearby entertainment & outstanding recreation abounds. Timber Island PUBLIC BOAT RAMP is directly adjacent. Guest access Self check in. Stairs from ground level to all floors. Elevator from ground to levels 1 & 2 for Guests staying 7+ days. Elevator does not access level 3.
