Little oasis a short walk from the GOTL strip

Recently remodeled cottage in Geneva-On-The-Lake! This cottage renovation was intended for guests to feel like this is their home away from home. This two bedroom home has air-conditioning available in the summer months. One bedroom has a Queen size bed, and the other bedroom has two twin beds. The living area has a sofa sleeper that can comfortably accommodate two more guests. Washer and dryer available, and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, dishes and utensils. The space -When you arrive, you will receive our welcome packet. This packet will provide you with details and information of some of the best attractions in the area! (wineries, beaches, hiking, etc.) -There is a security deposit as part of your rental agreement; however, it is not charged upfront, it is only charged in the event that there is damage to the property. -Home includes lock-box on the exterior of the home, so that you will have immediate access upon arriving. -Linens and towels are provided -Internet and Wi-Fi included and smart TV’s available for streaming and movies -Park up to two cars in the driveway -You have full access to the cottage and yard -Fire pit available (fire wood is not included) -Minimum age 21 -We ask that you do not smoke in the cottage.
