Therefore, we treat it as such. From new appliances and beds to central A/C, we want it to be comfortable for you. The property has two floors which includes: one half-bath, one 3/4 bath and one full bath, three bedrooms, washer and dryer, full kitchen with a dishwasher, large dining room table and a deck that overlooks the lake. The main bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The basement is an open space with one twin bed and two couches with a walkout to the lake. There is a queen air matress in the master bedroom closet. Enjoy the outdoors year-round with a private dock, supplied paddle boat, ice fishing in front and easy access to snowmobile trails. Public boat landing is right down the road. We do keep our pontoon in the water tied up to one side of the dock, so there’s only room for one additional boat or pontoon. Our pontoon is not available for use or rent. There are numerous resorts on the lakes that do offer pontoon and boat rentals. Amazing area with 61 miles of lakeshore! Including multiple bars and restaurants on the lake. No pets allowed - sorry! Dock will be removed early October. The entire home is accessible. Garage is not but parking in the driveway is spacious. Our pontoon is tied up to one side of the dock. We will not be on the property but always available via phone and email. We also have a nearby property manager that can service on the fly. Our neighborhood is relatively quiet and tucked around the corner to the action on the lake. Unfortunately, in 2017 a ramped tornado destroyed most of the area. As it continues to grow we take pride building it back up. With that, it may mean our bay has a bit more tree limbs in the water and surrounding habitat. Getting around on a boat is very fun and convenient with bars, restaurants, liquor stores and gas stations directly on the lake. But a car would also work very well, considering we’re about 5-10 min from downtown Chetek and 10-15 min from Rice Lake where larger shopping and restaurants reside.
