The spacious and private backyard is beautifully landscaped with cactus, bougainvillea and succulents surrounding a rolling emerald lawn. An ancient olive tree, a delicious tangerine tree and towering palms complete the set. Enjoy outdoor living on our spacious deck complete with a dining area and a separate fire pit with seating. Nearby is a state of the art DCS 48” barbecue grill with four professional burners and an outdoor fridge. Take a dip in the saltwater pool, relax in the spa or catch some sun in the chaise lounges while you sip cool drinks poolside. Across the lawn, there's the hammock — waiting for your lazy afternoon naps. You'll find the inside just as spacious. Enjoy the large living room with gas fireplace and flatscreen TV. Walk through the breakfast nook, which seats six, into the kitchen where you will find modern appliances, two full ovens, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and a large fridge. We've stocked the kitchen with lots of dishes, glassware, barware, cooking utensils and cookware. There is also plenty of plasticware for poolside enjoyment. On-demand hot water tap in the sink provides instant hot water for coffee, cocoa or tea. The spacious formal dining room seats 10 and includes a high chair for a little one. There's even a vintage Wurlitzer organ to add to the experience. The large Master Bedroom (Cal king) opens onto its own covered deck overlooking the pool. The master bedroom seating area has a smart TV which can be swung out to watch in bed. And the newly remodeled master bath has plenty of counter space, two sinks, a walk-in shower and large tub. At the other end of the house, you'll find three more bedrooms (One King, one Cal King and one Queen bed), all with their own smart TVs as well as two large bathrooms with walk-in showers. A large washer and dryer are also at your disposal. Through the back yard you'll find access to the Casita which has its own TV room with a small kitchenette as well as a bathroom and separate queen bedroom opening out into the back yard. Saltillo tile floors and Spanish tiled bathrooms bring a warmth to this home. The house is fully equipped with smart TVs in every bedroom, Nest thermostats and fast Wifi (powered by eero). You, as renter will be responsible for these fines. Also, as part of the new laws, if we receive a call from local authorities and are requested by them to come to the property at any time, renter will be charged $250 and face possible immediate eviction. Vacation Property Rental Agreement must be completed and signed prior to occupancy. All legitimate, licensed vacation rentals in Palm Springs follow vacation rental laws to remain in business. These include occupancy limits, good neighbor policies, party-free homes, collection of separate hotel taxes, no outdoor music permitted, insuring renters are over the age of 25, and an actual contract signed by the responsible renter.
