This cozy little bohemian inspired garden-level apartment is right within walking distance to key places in Cheyenne- the hospital, Capitol building, state offices, etc. Park your car and walk everywhere! Prep meals in this full kitchen and take care of your laundry in the shared coin-op laundry room. The space This is a garden-level apartment with 5 other apartments in the building. There is one next door and one 2 apartments above. There is a nice little patio visible from the kitchen window that is shared with the other guests in the building. Feel free to head out there (in the summer;) with your morning coffee. The building is close to 100 years old, so typical floor squeaks and "old" building noises may occur. The original claw foot tub/shower is a sweet reminder that this place has been around a long time! Nevertheless, updates have been made where needed to make sure you have a comfortable, modern stay. The following is a list of what you can expect to find in the unit. Consider it a “starter kit” if you will…. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. There is also a shared patio on the front of the house to enjoy your morning coffee. Other things to note Pets are welcome! I do charge $15/night per pet for a maximum of $150 per stay. We do ask that you keep all pets off the furniture and keep them crated when you leave the home. Air conditioning is available seasonally, typically between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Most locals open up the windows to get a nice cool breeze through as evenings cool down considerably.
