The Villa is a spacious 4BR/2BA beautifully furnished that will give you the opportunity to relax while on the Gulf Coast of Florida. Distance from Siesta Beach ~ 23 miles (30 min) Distance from Lakewood Ranch~ 9 miles (16 min) Distance from Anna Marie Island ~ 14 miles (25 min) Property has grocery stores, gas stations, etc. all within a 5 minute drive, and 10 minutes from the interstate. Local community amenities include a playground, pool, pickle ball, tennis, volleyball and basketball. The space Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances which includes a Keurig so you may make coffee. There is an outdoor lanai off the Florida room to enjoy your coffee and take in the morning sun. Florida Room has a 55'' Flat Screen HD TV with many channels and wireless internet access. Master bedroom has King size bed and Flat Screen TV with cable. The three remaining rooms together have 4 beds, and one TV. Relax after a long day or after dinner with a game of pool.
