Unique, historic cabins on 12 acres set in the Texas Hill Country of New Braunfels, Tx. Camp Milagro consists of 3 separate cabins (all rented as 1 unit) & within a few steps of one another. A total of 6 separate bedrooms, sleeps up to 12 people with: full kitchen, 4.5 bathrooms, a 'Cowboy Pool', a smoker/pizza oven, 2 cooking grills, plus a fire pit. With an AWD vehicle, access to our adjoining 78 acres and The Guadalupe River is possible. Come adventure! The space Indoors, you will find each cabin beautifully decorated with unique art, tasteful furniture & specially selected accessories. Each of the six individual bedrooms is private and offers upgraded mattresses with 100% cotton bedding. The 4.5 bathrooms are stocked with paper products, upgraded towels and all basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.). In the kitchen, there are all the modern appliances needed, plus it is fully stocked with all cookware, dishes and utensils. The only thing you need when visiting is food and clothes - a washer & dryer included, as well. Outdoors, it's 12 acres of true Texas Hill Country. Photos can't capture the majesty of the area. With wraparound porches, the views are truly unbelievable. This beauty also offers a Cowboy Pool, approx 10' x 3' - it's just another place to enjoy. Also available are 3 outdoor cooking areas: a massive smoker/pizza oven, a propane gas grill and a charcoal barbecue pit - and that's not counting the fire pit - perfect for roasting marshmallows & sharing stories. Come and find a true experience! NOTE: Property is very rocky & we've tried to keep the historic integrity of the cabins in place. When traveling with young children or the elderly - this should be taken into consideration. We have lots of rocky areas/steps, steep stairs, rugged areas, high porches with limited railing, no pool closure, & an open fire-pit, to name a few of the hazards. Thankfully, there hasn't been an issue, but we want to make everyone aware. Guest access The Cabins sit on its own private 12 acres, with access to our adjoining 78 acres (all within the gates of Camp Milagro and where the owner lives). To get directly to the river, a one mile hike or drive thru a rocky trail is required. There, you will find 1/3 mile of private frontage on the Guadalupe River for you to enjoy. Get ready for fun. Other things to note NOTE: Property is very rocky & we've tried to keep the historic integrity of the cabins in place. When traveling with young children or the elderly - this should be taken into consideration. We have lots of rocky areas/steps, steep stairs, rugged areas, high porches with limited railing, no pool closure, and an open fire-pit. Indoor fireplaces are only available during winter months. *** The maximum number of guests allowed is strictly enforced. Day visitors must be pre-approved.
