REMODELED KITCHEN: This open floor plan kitchen is bathed in natural sunlight and is equipped with quartz countertops, stunning tile backsplash, and farmhouse sink. Enjoy abundant pots, pans, glassware, dishware, silverware, an array of spices and seasonings, and a beautiful 30" stainless steel gas range to fulfill all of your cooking desires. COZY LIVING ROOM: French doors open from the living room to the stunning flagstone patio - creating the perfect indoor/outdoor flow. All bedroom have high end mattresses from Sit & Sleep and memory foam pillows, to ensure you will rest comfortably. The bedrooms have all new windows, new floors, and new recessed lighting. Brand new stackable Samsung washer/dryer in unit at your disposal :) If you need a 4th sleeping area, the living room couch pulls out to a queen size mattress. Please remember - max capacity is 6 guests. NEWLY REMODELED BATHROOMS: Remodeled to perfection with new marble/tile floors, newly tiled shower, new vanities, new toilets, new everything :) We pack our bathrooms with shampoo, soaps, blow dryer, body wash, and lush luxury towels and hand towels - everything you need for a perfect experience. Parking: One spot in driveway. There’s also free parking on gravel area outside house, but this is public parking so first come first serve. Guest access The entire home and all outdoor spaces. Other things to note We have a complimentary spa cleaning service 2-3 times per week to keep our hot tub clean for all our guests. Our spa cleaners will be accessing the property for around 15 minutes twice a week and you may see them during your stay. Since the spa cleaner works on a unique schedule, he does not always give us a heads-up before visiting the property. So please note the spa cleaner may access the property (exterior only) to clean the spa without prior consent or warning.
