There are two entrances to building 3724. Use the one on the left. The check-in time is 3 pm and the check-out time is 10 am. The condo entrance door has a keypad on the door, touch the keypad to show the numbers. Door code will be provided before your check-in. After entering the code, the door will unlock itself automatically. When leaving the condo, the door automatically locks itself after 20 seconds. Park only in the Guest parking. They are located in front of the building behind the covered parking spaces. If you park in a regular parking spot, your car will be towed at your own expense. If your car is be parked in the Guest parking for more than 24 hours, you will need to move your car to the closest Guest parking space you can find available or your car may be towed. There are more Guest parking spaces by the swimming pool or by the other buildings. The wifi is "SpectrumSetup-59" and the password is "choicesystem480". If you need to confirm the wifi name, you can look at the back of the router which is in the master bedroom. PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE IN THE CONDO. NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. Please do not use towels to clean makeup and do not stain the towels. We will charge $5 for any stained towels. Do not throw fruit or vegetable peals in the sink disposal. Do not use the property address to receive any item through the mail. Do not leave any trash/Garbage on the property or we will charge you $30 to clean it up. According to the house rules, you must throw any trash/Garbage accumulated during your stay in the dumpster. Do not leave duty dishes in the sink or we will charge you $20 to clean them up.
