Welcome to the Tiki Room at Windsor Hills! This 2-story 3 bedroom 3 bathroom Disney and Universal themed townhome is perfect for up to 8 individuals. Location, location, location! The Tiki Room is a fantastic base location for your trip to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Seaworld, or Gatorland. Only 2.5 miles from Disney World's main gates! Purchased in March 2021 and updated with new living room furniture, all new linens, and new kitchen appliances. You can be assured this is a clean an The space 3 bedroom 3 bathroom 2-story townhome. One bedroom and bathroom is located downstairs and two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located upstairs. Our home is fully themed throughout. Feel like you're on vacation with a Tiki Room themed living room with touches of Disney throughout all of the main living areas. The downstairs bedroom is themed to Harry Potter and features a Queen sized bed. One of the upstairs bedrooms is themed to Star Wars and features two twin-sized bunk beds (4 twin beds total). The master bedroom upstairs has a light Haunted Mansion/Tiki theme and features a King sized bed. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The Harry Potter bedroom downstairs shares its bathroom with the main living area. In each bathroom is a hair dryer you can use to save room on packing. Bath towels are provided and can be found in the bathroom and/or bedroom closet. Each bedroom has a TV with free cable. Each bedroom has blackout curtains to keep the room cool and dark so you can sleep in a little easier. The living room features a large sectional couch. A 4-person kitchen table and 2 bar stools at the counter provide space to sit down and eat. Our home is dog-friendly and we allow up to two dogs with a max weight of 25lbs. This weight limit is set by our HOA so no exceptions can be made. An additional $15 per dog per night fee will be added. Sorry, no cats due to allergies. We do have a Ring doorbell which captures video and sound on the front door. This is for safety purposes. As authorized by Airbnb a security deposit will be collected via our connected software booking system (OwnerRez). Guest access This is a secure gated community which means you must be a registered guest to enter the property (food delivery and Uber/Lyft are also allowed). All drivers must be identified to owner at time of booking. At the townhome there is room for one vehicle in the driveway. Up to two additional vehicles can be parked at the nearby parking spaces. All guests must be disclosed and only registered guests of the Tiki Room may use the community amenities. Other things to note Here at the Tiki Room you have your own private splash pool in the back lanai. It's great for those times you don't want to go to the community pool but want to relax and take a dip. The pool can be heated, but please ask for heating at time of booking, it's free! The pool is approximatly 10' by 10' in size and 3'-4' deep. For safety we have a pool fence and an alarm on the sliding glass door. We offer pool towels for your use while staying with us so you can save room packing. Inside the home you have free cable TV in the living room and in each of the bedrooms. Board games and books are available for your use if you desire. The kitchen is stocked with basic supplies you would expect such as plates, bowls, toddler plates and bowls, cups, glasses, utensils, mixing bowls, muffin pan, cutting board, baking sheets, blender, crockpot, waffle maker, toaster, and more. For coffee drinkers we have a standard coffee pot and a Keurig. A full sized washer and dryer is available for your use upstairs. You will need to supply your own detergent. This is a self-catered property. We supply a starter supply of toilet paper, dishwasher soap, and hand soap, but depending on your length of stay you may need to purchase more.
