Enter the first floor to a welcoming foyer with shoe/coat rack, laundry room, designer guest bathroom, and queen Bedroom #1 featuring french doors to a private, fenced-in brick garden patio. A perfect space if you’re looking for some peace and quiet. Take the stairs up to the main floor where you’ll find a sunny, open layout floor plan that has a living room with a floor-to-ceiling window, a well-stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances, a dining table for 4 people, a smart TV/some free TV networks, a writing desk, and skylights galore. Hardwood floors throughout giving the space a warm and inviting feel. The hallway leads to a linen closet, a master bedroom that features its own very private balcony with a sitting area for two, plus a gorgeous second bathroom with marble floors and a relaxing soaking tub. Rubber duckie optional! :-) With six skylights it makes the place feel very bright and airy! Recently updated with new furnishings, bedding, bath, and kitchen amenities. Parking is not an issue, as you can park one car in the garage, or find space in either the main lot or street parking if needed. No parties, events, or outside guests are allowed in our home during your stay. The guest is responsible for using our home safely and respectfully. The neighbors and your hosts have ZERO TOLERANCE for parties or loud noise of any kind. Those guests violating these rules may be asked to leave immediately with no refunds. GUEST ACCESS - Check in is from 3:00 p.m. and check out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need to stay longer, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you. - Full use of private townhouse, garden patio and balcony. - Entrance to the townhouse is through a keypad entry. You will be sent your own unique code. - Please provide an estimate of your arrival time upon booking and whether or not you will be bringing any pets. St Luke's is approx .5 miles away. The neighborhood is very peaceful and one block from Warm Spring Ave. It's truly idyllic! Uber and Lyft both operate here. You can also rent bikes, scooters or take the #17 Bus which services Warm Springs Road. https://www.valleyregionaltransit.org/routes/ada-county/17-warm-springs/. There are three bus stops within a 3 minute walk from our property. If you have a car, you are welcome to park it in our garage. There is also plenty of street parking. After your first stay, we offer additional discounts to our 'regulars.' We have added a non-refundable option that gives you a 10% discount!! For those with pets, there is an additional $55 cleaning fee. This pet fee is a one time charge regardless of the number of days you stay. For those staying more than 21 days, starting February 22, 2023, we will be adding an additional $125 cleaning fee, bringing the total cleaning fees to $250. This additional request will be sent once the booking has been complete.
