The two separate guest bedrooms each have views of the Alsea Bridge and share a full bath. The guest bedroom has a King sized bed with a 48 inch flat screenTV and a wonderful night view of the Bridge/City. The third bedroom has 2 sets of twin over full bunk beds with memory foam mattresses. Third bedroom has a 55 inch flat screen TV. The spacious great room includes kitchen, dining and living space with is great for large family gatherings and is equipped with a 70 inch flat screen TV. There is a large laundry area with washer and dryer and a deep 2- car garage. The home accommodates 8. One thing to note is that the home is all on one level but the garage and entry area is on a lower level. Due to the flight of stairs the home is not wheelchair accessible. Bayshore Estates is adjacent to the town of Waldport and is centrally located in relation to Florence, Newport and other areas of interest. This truly is a spectacular area and one of the very few that provides immediate sandy beach access, which is very rare on the Oregon coast. Guests have access to the Bayshore Beach Club's heated pool for a minimal cost. This home is well equipped with almost every kitchen pots-pans-gadgets available, CableTV, Sonos Surround Sound, beach chairs, games and toys and is perfect for children. A portable crib and booster chair are available. There is a propane BBQ, deck chairs, sand toys and so much more. Guest access Guest will have the whole house and garage to themselves.
