Our Country Farmhouse is a charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath home nestled in the rolling hills of Eastern Tennessee. You can expect breathtaking sunrises, from the rocker on the front porch, while sipping a morning cup of coffee. At Rooster Tail Ranch you can enjoy the relaxation of the countryside, and take in a breathe of fresh air. We welcome our guests to stroll down to our stocked fishing pond, hike along our beautiful trail, or spend time with any of our lovable farm friends. We are pet friendly! LIVING ROOM: This room features modern Farmhouse decor in a bright open family room. Furnished with a 65” Smart TV, WI-FI, board games, puzzles, fishing gear, and a beautiful view. KITCHEN & DINNING ROOM: The kitchen is equipped with flatware, glasses, wine glasses, mugs, a Keurig DUO coffee maker, pots and pans, a toaster, and much more! Large appliances include a full-size refrigerator, microwave, oven, glass stove top, and dishwasher. The dining space features a beautiful country style table with seating for 6 guests. BEDROOMS & BATHS: Sleeps 6 Master Queen Suite w/ full-size bathroom equipped with a quilted mattress. Furnished with a large closet, a dresser, and plenty of storage space. Queen Guest Room: Quilted mattress queen bed, a large closet, dresser for extra storage, a beautifully upholstered chair, as well as a dreamy window view. Double Twin Guest Room: Two single size quilted mattress beds. Full size 4-piece hallway bathroom conveniently placed for both guest rooms to use. Other: Full size washer and dryer for your convenience. We provide extra sheet sets, blankets, and pillows in each room to use during your stay. They are located in the storage cube closets. Patio : The patio area has outside furniture, a hot tub, an herb garden, and beautiful views. Near the entry door, there is a table and chairs for two. On the front side of the home is a small patio with a cushioned metal rocker for seating. Guests have full access to the entire house, yard, and patio. Blair, the property manager, resides on the farm and is available to help with anything you may need during your stay! We have 93 gorgeous acres nestled in the foothills of Eastern, TN. Surrounded by hundreds of miles of beautiful trails, waterfalls, and historic/art districts. Not only are we 20 miles from Downtown Chattanooga, we are mere miles away from the Ocoee River and all the exciting adventures she has to offer.
