China Beach, Mystic Beach and Jordan River are just down the road. We are just a short drive to Juan de Fuca Marine Trail and the Provincial Parks at Sombrio and French Beaches. This custom built timber frame home is a work of art! Constructed of cedar and Douglas fir, it features local blue marble counter tops and basalt tile floors. The property offers panoramic views of the Juan de Fuca Strait and the Olympic Peninsula mountains beyond. Relax and watch the the ships pass in and out of the strait or take in the spectacular sunset from the upper patio. A guest favourite is soaking in the hot tub under the moon and star gazing. Enjoy the view during a ping pong game on the covered patio. Upstairs features two bedrooms, with king and twin beds, which can convert to a comfortable king. The main living space upstairs includes a master bath with a large walk in shower and soaker tub, kitchen, dining, living rooms, and is accessed via an external staircase. The kitchen has all that you will require to enjoy cooking your favourite meals. Take your meal outside to enjoy the views from the large upper deck on the built in bar height table. The ground floor has a queen bedroom open to an ensuite bathroom with a second soaker tub, and a studio movie room, with futons to accommodate a maximum of 6 adult guests, 8 for groups with children. With our extensive DVD collection and large selection of board games and books the home has everything you need to enjoy a cozy getaway! Our outdoor shower is situated next to the hot tub on our covered patio. Wifi is provided by satellite service at the home. With no cell service in the local area we also provide a land line free of charge. A beautiful space to enjoy the surrounding natural beauty and recharge.
