The Compass North - With a Full Kitchen Near TSU

An entirely remodeled 1940s house with lots of charm and modern comfort. The "Compass North" , which is one of two units in The Compass, is decorated with a unique travel theme. The space boasts of a comfortable bedroom, bathroom, spacious living room, dining room, a kitchen complete with refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, pots, pans and other kitchen essentials, coffee maker, some snacks, washer and dryer, and fast internet connection. The space This is one of two units in a house divided by a safe, solid, locked security door. You have your own private entrance and your own thermostat. A keypad entry and drive-up parking gives you quick and safe access to your private space. The bathroom is accessed though the bedroom. There are no inside shared spaces with guests from The Compass South. The only time you make see each other is if you are outside or in the driveway together. I love to decorate and redecorate so the decor in the photos may not be 100% accurate but the basic amenities are the same. We love our neighborhood and our neighbors. Some of them are hard working folks that drive diesel trucks or motorcycles. There is a train that runs diagonally through town, sometimes in the middle of the night. Guest access You will have your own door and access code, your own living room, your own dining room, your own bedroom, your own bathroom, your own kitchen, and your own laundry room. Other things to note Please read carefully about how the house is set up. *3rd party bookings need to be approved before booking, please *Owners will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for the loss of their money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. *Please keep all doors locked when not on the property. *There will be a $350 fee added if determined that smoking or vaping happened in the house. *There will be a $350 fee added if discovered that guests brought their animals inside the house. *No parties or events. *No drugs. *We ask that guests be considerate of their noise to both out Compass South guests and our friends in the neighborhood. *Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am *For stays lasting more than 7 days, we require a cleaning every week for the same price as the current cleaning fee.
