A little piece of Heaven is what my dad always called it! The basement has been turned into a nice, private living area created for fishermen, guest visiting our Fame recording studio or the ultimate family vacation. If you have a little one we can also furnish a crib, high chair and possibly other necessities you may need to make your trip a little lighter! You have your own deck halfway to the water and full access to the pier. Also provide as many life jackets that you may need. Steenson Hollow marina and boat ramp is located 2 doors down for easy access for the boaters. Cleats, bumpers and ladders are also located on the pier. For history lovers Wilson Dam is just right around the corner, which is also a great place to pick up some gorgeous driftwood. We guarantee you will love it as much as we do! The space Your stay is on the bottom floor which is located on the river side. Signs will be available. Fully functional apartment supplied with all cooking utensils, pots and pans, some seasonings, oil , paper towels, microwave, keurig coffee pot with lots of different flavor coffee; creamer, etc..toilet paper, towels and wash rags, all bed linens plus extra sets and extra pillows, gas grill and grilling utensils and life jackets. Cable tv, WiFi and a large stereo, etc. we try to make sure you have everything you need! Guest access Plenty of driveway for a couple of vehicles even if you are towing a boat! Other things to note If you have food delivered make sure you give specific directions because they tend to go straight to my neighbors. All pets must be on a leash or at least watch them and keep them from using the neighbors yard! (Big poop on neighbors front porch didn’t go over to well)😳 lol. Also do your best to not pass the driveway ( signs are available) and do not turn around in neighbors drive, you have plenty of room! We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries incurred on my property. Life vest are available. All children under the age of 12 should be accompanied by an adult while on the pier or anywhere close to the water! Registered guest only on the pier unless requested and approved by owner. Have respect for the neighbors. Last and most important.... have a blast!
