Come see the beautiful views of the most visited National Park in the United States ! The Great Smoky Mountain National Park is just a short drive from our home....Dollywood is only 2 minutes away. One level ranch style home; no twisting mountain roads. 3 bedrooms, 1 king and 2 queen bedrooms... 2 bathrooms/showers. Kitchen with stove,micro, refrigerator, and dishwasher, dishes and utensils, sofas and chairs. A fireplace for seasonal use. BBQ grill, hot tub, fire pit...all on 2 1/8 acres. The space The entire home and yard are all yours...no shared space Guest access Whole house access. Other things to note House is located near Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, most nights you can see Dollywood fireworks from our front porch. Door code is sent within 48 hrs of scheduled arrival. Age requirement is 25 years old; under aged children must be accompanied with adult of 25 years old present at property. "Absolutely", no parties or events, and no additional occupants that are not listed on original registry....No smoking or vaping indoors at anytime. No pets....we have pet allergies and clean this property ourselves.
