Castle Rock is a captivating 3-bedroom, 3-bath family retreat offering waterfront views and convenient in-town living. Immerse yourself in the charm of Brunswick’s scenic surroundings with a 3-mile paved bike path along the Androscoggin river, where eagles soar and sturgeon jump. In a short walk into town, you’ll find all of the restaurants and the activities associated with a college town, with the prestigious Bowdoin College just a mile away. The space Guests are welcome to enjoy the manicured backyard and large deck, providing a perfect space to relax. Access includes the entire home, along with the convenient laundry area. The garage is available for bike storage and other guest items (alongside some property owner items). The basement is partially finished and has a new ping pong table for guest use. Unplug and enjoy the main level with its fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room, complete with gas fireplace. Stay up late in the second-floor family room watching a movie or retire to one of the 3 bedrooms. Wake up in the master king bed to a spectacular view of the Androscoggin River. The master bath features dual sinks, separate toilet and shower, as well as a luxurious claw foot tub. The other bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds with a shared bathroom. A twin daybed is located on the main floor (not pictured) in a separate room. All bedrooms and bathrooms feature high end sheets, pillows, and towels.
