Castle Rock is a 3BD, 3 full bath vacation property with amazing views and in town conveniences. Turn left from the front door and walk, run, or bike Brunswick's 3-mile paved bike path. Turn right and walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and local shopping. Or just sit on the deck and watch eagles fly and fish jump in the Androscoggin River. 1 mile from Bowdoin college! Castle Rock is a family vacation home giving guests the opportunity to retreat and relax in the heart of Brunswick. Scenic views and in town location and amenities set this home apart from others. Guests can enjoy 2 levels of comfortable living space. Unplug and enjoy the main level with its fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room, complete with gas fireplace. Stay up late in the second floor family room watching a movie or retire to one of the 3 bedrooms. (We are in the process of getting new beds, thus new pictures! Stay tuned) Wake up in the master bedroom king bed to an spectacular view of the Androscoggin River. The master bath features dual sinks, separate toilet and shower, as well as a luxurious claw foot tub. The other bedrooms feature comfortable queens beds with a bathroom in between. A twin day bed will be located on the main floor (not pictured). All bedrooms and bathrooms feature high end sheets and towels. Guests will have access to the yard and deck, the entire first floor and second floor, and laundry room. The garage is available for bike storage, however, it is also used for property owner storage. The basement is reserved for property owner storage. I am always available by email, text, or call. I live locally, so I am available to swing by if the need should arise. This neighborhood has SO MUCH to offer. The beginning of Brunswick's bike path along the river is just down the street. A short walk brings you in to town where local shopping and restaurants abound. Bowdoin college is just over a mile a way and you can be in Freeport, Portland, or at the beach in less than 30 minutes. By far the breathtaking view of the river is what the neighborhood is most known for. There is a very responsive, reliable taxi service in town. Amtrak travels to Brunswick a few times a day. Rentals will be limited to 2 weeks. We don’t have bikes accessible at this time, but we highly recommend bringing your own! See a date you want is booked? Ask me about it!
