THE LOCATION The location is perfect for guests who are looking to be by the beach, but still close to the downtown strip with stores, restaurants, and quaint coffee shops. You can walk the boardwalk to downtown with plenty to see on your way. The channel is an ideal spot to sit and relax as you watch the boats go by. Enjoy the weekly Musical Fountain or catch a concert at the Waterfront Stadium. PARKING Guests will have access to two parking spots. CANCELLATION POLICY - To receive a full refund, you must cancel within 24 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 7 days before check-in. - If cancellation is made at least 30 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund. - If cancellation is made between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund. - If cancellation is made less than 7 days before check-in, there is no refund.
