Luxurious hilltop home w/panoramic city & mountain views on a 1.2 acre lot. The outdoor area includes a pool, hot tub outdoor living areas. Rustic single story home w/vaulted ceilings in a large living room with walls of glass capturing the endless views. Lush green landscape surrounds giving privacy & serenity. Large parking pad can fit large vehicles. HDTV, high speed WIFI, Full-Kitchen and dining area seating for 10 + 4 at the bar. Great for family vacations. Crib and stroller available. The space We have 5 bedrooms - one is used as a HDTV room, but has doors and converts to a bedroom when needed via a mattress topper. Two rooms are "tandem" type rooms where you have to go through one bedroom to get to them. The 2 baths are open to anyone and not attached to any bedrooms. Since we have 5 beds, we can sleep 10 people if there are two in each bed. We allow more people, but for those people over 10, you would need to use the mattress topper in the HDTV room (sleeps 2) . And we can use the large sofas to sleep two more People. We also have 1 crib. We have a connected HDTV in the TV room and kitchen and they are hooked up to the internet for apps and you can use your own Netflix or other TV apps that you enjoy back home. We also have free air TV. You can also play YouTube music on the TVs. All the artwork in the home is the original artwork painted by the owner, so enjoy! In our home we have beautiful SUNRISES, so wake up early to capture the best lighting and serene and calming SUNSETS so come back home early from your busy day to a relaxing end of the day. Guest access You have complete access to the whole house and outdoor area. Only the garage you don't have access to (and sometimes we have a worker/ manager/ owner in there doing work). The garage is completely detached from the house. Does not share any walls and has a totally separate entrance on the other side of the house entrance. You have plenty of parking in the driveway can fit 4 large vehicles easily. Other things to note A copy of guest's drivers license or government issued ID must be submitted prior to check in as well as license plate number, make, model and year of each vehicle. This is for security purposes only and information will not be shared. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING 🚭 🚭 🚭 OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE HOUSE. NO CIGARETTES NO CIGARS NO CIGARILLOS NO MARIJUANA Also note that according to Los Angeles home sharing ordinance this home is considered to be in a high fire hazard zone making it illegal to smoke outside subject to fines and penalties. Also note the swimming pool is NOT heated. If you would like to have the swimming pool heated there will be a $150 each day to maintain the pool heated. It takes about 12 hours to heat the pool so please make sure you pay for this in advance and you request it at least 24 hours in advance so you can enjoy the pool upon arrival. Hot tub only is $40 and needs about 30 minutes in the summer and about 45 minutes in the winter to get hot. If you heat the pool there is no additional charge for the hot tub.
