The custom kitchen leads to a western-facing deck with breathtaking views of the Rhode Island State House and downtown Providence. The deck has two heaters and a grill for year-round use. The second floor is dedicated to the primary suite with a spacious primary bedroom, a stunning bath and shower, convenient laundry, and an office space that overlooks the State House. The third floor has two bedrooms with two queen beds and another full bathroom. The finished basement contains a Peloton and weights, a queen sleeper sofa, a full bathroom in the unfinished area, and a door that leads to the patio and perennial garden designed by a famous RISD landscape architect. The private garden, tiered water fountain, and comfortable outdoor seating below the deck offer a relaxing atmosphere amid the surrounding city.
