Our updates include a brand new bathroom, adorned with knotty pine on the ceilings and walls, new interior paint, new environmentally friendly floors, ship lap backsplash in the kitchen, and more! The cottage has a clean, rustic lakeside ambience keeping with the authentic character to ensure the perfect New Hampshire get-a-way vacation experience! Guest access Our guests have access to your own stand alone cottage (end unit) steps from a sunny, pristine beach area to enjoy swimming, barbecue and lounging! Watch the many boats go by in the "no wake" zone through Paugus Bay! Our guests have two reserved parking spaces just steps to the front door! No heavy lifting...just pull up, unload, make a drink and relax! All vehicle identification must be sent prior to accepting a request to book. Make, model, color, license plate and state. Other things to note Parker Cottage is the largest and most up to date cottage to rent in the association. Parker Cottage is also an end unit with 500 sq. feet inside. I do not provide sheets or bedspreads as a regular part of the service, (no linens). We also do not provide bath towels or beach towels. We do provide dish towels, paper towels, toilet paper and pillows. Please note there are only two designated parking spots, marked 12 and 12.2 on the pavement side by side in front of the sheds. There are no extra parking spaces. General Rules are QUIET HOURS between 10pm-8am; no pets, no fireworks, no open fires except to cook food on the barbecue grill which must be kept on the sand, no parties, no glass on the beach, no diving off the docks and no open flames such as burning of scented candles or incense inside the cottage. At this time all boat docks are rented in the association however guests may want to check out Winnisquam Marine for renting and boat slips just across the channel. Many guests have enjoyed renting pontoon boats for the day. Guests can bring kayaks, paddle boards and/or canoes just store those under the cottage. Lots to do in the area, drive-in theater, fireworks every Saturday night starting July 3 through Aug. 15, watch right from your own beach! Parker cottage is a seasonal rental starting around May 15 until the end of October. The cottage closes for the winter October 31.
