Beach and poolside food and drink services are provided by the locally owned and operated Café, Servers come to you at Sunset Island Resort, Ocean City’s only resort-style accommodations. Boat slips can be rented in advance if you want to bring you boat and hit up the local dock bars! There is also a fishing pier. Parking for 2 vehicles are included. Enjoy access to the gym, indoor/outdoor pools, breakfast café, water fountains (that the kids can play in) and general store all located onsite within walking distance. Beach chairs, beach carts, fishing poles and toys are in our outdoor storage closet and available for your enjoyment Condo additionally comes with an outdoor shower to get rid of the sand after your day at the beach, and a private storage (keyless entry) where you will find beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys; a separate space to stow away sandy items for the evening!
