The living room space is bright and comfortable, with seating areas for a group of 6-8, and the kitchen is well equipped with the necessities to prepare a meal and serve up to 8 people. The dining room table will seat 4-6 with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. In addition, we've added a high chair for tiny traveler's, and an electric tea kettle! The sliding glass door takes you out to the pergola covered patio space, the pool, barbecue and fire pit and just around the corner you may enjoy a few outdoor games! Each of the three bedrooms has both a common hallway door and a private entrance/exit to the backyard area, with a full bathroom off the hallway and a private master bath with a rain shower. The front driveway area will accommodate 2-3 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted.
