This 2 bedroom + loft condo (sleeps up to 8 tightly or 6 very comfortably) is located at the base of the Canyons Ski Resort. Only a 5 minute drive to Old Town Park City and a 10 minute drive to Deer Valley, all of Park City is just moments away! Free public transportation is also available at the base of the Red Pine Condominiums. This multi-level condo with fireplace has a large common living area with a 46" flat screen SMART TV including full HD cable, DVR, and high-speed wireless internet. There is also an in-unit washer & dryer (fairly rare at Red Pine) so feel free to leave the condo with fresh clean clothes! This condo boasts a main level master with king bed , a 2nd level bedroom with a queen bed and a large open loft with two queen beds. The 2nd level private bedroom is very unique for Red Pine as most other units have 2 open loft sleeping areas upstairs with limited privacy. A large private deck with gas grill and seating for 8, surrounded by evergreens and aspens, is the perfect place for a BBQ or happy hour in the summer (or winter if you're brave)! Red Pine has some of the best amenities in Park City! The community features a clubhouse with 2 swimming pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, sauna, tennis and volleyball courts. The new Canyon's Resort Golf Course also backs up against the condo project and would be very convenient for a summer stay! This is one of only 5 Red Pine units that has AC. My unit is located across from the clubhouse, adjacent to the new golf course green, and within a short walk to the Cabriolet lift which will take you to the base of all the action at the Canyons. Guest access You will have access to the entire condo except for one owner's closet where supplies are stored. Other things to note The Clubhouse is opened about 8 months out of the year. Summer hours: June -Sept, 10am-10pm Winter hours: Thanksgiving-April, 12-10pm Please Note: The Clubhouse closes the second weekend in April until Memorial Day and from Labor Day in Sept to Thanksgiving for repairs and maintenance. PLEASE REVIEW COVID RESTRICTIONS FOR THE CLUBHOUSE BELOW: RED PINE RECREATION CENTER USAGE RULES & RESTRICTIONS BEGINNING 11.27.20 To comply with the Summit County Health Department COVID standards recently released, the Red Pine Recreation Center will implement the following procedures to ensure the safety of guests and employees. These restrictions will remain in place until new county guidelines are developed. • Maximum capacity for rec center outdoor pool area is 10 people. • Stop-by or Call-in reservations are highly recommended. You may only call or come by the day of proposed use or one day before. Please call or come by during clubhouse hours 12pm-9pm. Voicemail is NOT a confirmed reservation. • Usage Duration: 45 minutes per reservation period. • Rec Center will open at 12:00 noon and close at 9:00 pm (usage periods will run 45 minutes on the hour): 12:00-12:45, 1:00-1:45, 2:00-2:45, 3:00-3:45, etc. • Guests will be expected to exit after 45 minutes to minimize contact with incoming guests. • Please enter clubhouse no sooner than reservation time. Patrons will be required to wait outside until the hour of reservation. • Masks are mandatory on property and must also be worn in the hot tub (they may be removed for swimming in the pool only). • The maximum capacity in the hot tub is 5 persons at any time. • Guests are required to show Red Pine pool pass for entry. • There will be no indoor hot tub, no sauna, no shower facilities available. • Covid 19 waiver must be on file for all adult guests.
