Hi ~ I'm YO from Beijing and I'm currently in Los Angeles.My house is like a two bedroom, one bathroom, one living room in mainland China.The house is on the 2nd floor with lots of sunshine.About 90 square meters of usable area, central air conditioning throughout the house.Including one living room, one kitchen, 1.5 toilets and 2 bedrooms.This is a house renovated at the end of January, the walls, carpets, kitchen, bathroom are all brand new.Water, electricity, internet WiFi, Chinese (all TV stations in mainland China and some Taiwan news stations) English TV programs in the room are all included in the nightly price at no extra charge.The pool and the laundry room next to it are open 24 hours, the pool is free to use, and the washing machine and dryer in the laundry room need to be paid by personal credit card.The laundry is $1.75/time and the drying is $1.25/time. The tennis court and gym on the edge of the leasing office are free to use without reservation.If you like my place, you can book and check in anytime according to the dates indicated in the calendar.The house is very clean and I clean and disinfect the room after each guest, so you can stay with confidence.Also, I rent a car at Turo (professional car rental website).If you choose to book and rent a car at my place, you can also get a complimentary airport pick-up or drop-off service for one 8-seater SUV.Too much luggage or passenger person will be charged.If you and your companions are not familiar with LA or are not able to drive, you can also choose our Private Customized Service in the United States.We're confident that our service will make your trip more peace of mind and comfort! The space There are two Queen size beds in the master bedroom. A Queen size bed and a foldable crib(up to 6 MONTH baby) in another bedroom. Master bedroom 2 double beds, second bedroom 1 double bed and a rollaway cot (for infants under 6 months only) Thank you for interesting in my unit! There is a Full equipment kitchen in this apartment. Glasses, bowls, plates and silverware in the dishwasher. A whistle kettle and disposable cups on the table. The pot, pan, wok, rice cooker and dishwasher pacs in the cabinet. In this apartment, I also provide shampoo, bodyworks, hand towels, bath towels, body lotion and a hairdryer. For some reasons, there aren’t any slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush in the room. I apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for loving my place. Glasses, bowls, dishes, ordinary utensils (chopsticks, knives, forks, spoons), etc. are provided in the kitchen and are all in the dishwasher.A kettle and disposable cup are on the table.All pots and dishwasher special cleaners are in the kitchen cabinet.I will provide shampoo, bath liquid, towel, large bath towel, body lotion and hair dryer in the room.Due to previous feedback from some guests, slippers and toothbrush toothpaste are no longer available in the room.
