Hi ~ I'm YO, from Beijing, currently living in Los Angeles. My house is like a two-bedroom, one-bathroom, one-living room in mainland China. The house is on the 2nd floor and has plenty of sunlight. About 90 square meters of usable area, central air conditioning throughout the house. Includes a living room, a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms and two bedrooms. This is a house that was renovated at the end of January, the walls, carpets, kitchen, and bathroom are all new. Water, electricity, internet Wi-Fi, Chinese (all mainland satellite stations and some Taiwanese news stations) English TV programs are all included in the nightly price at no extra charge. The pool and laundry room next door are open 24 hours a day. The pool is free to use. The washer and dryer in the laundry room require payment by personal credit card. Laundry is $1.75 per wash and drying is $1.25 per dry. The tennis court and gym next to the leasing office are free to use and do not require an appointment. If you like my place, you can book and check in anytime according to the calendar. The house is very clean and I will carefully clean and disinfect the room after the guest leaves, so you can stay with peace of mind. I also offer car rental on TURO (a professional car rental website). If you choose to book a room and rent a car with me, you can also get free airport pick up or drop off once, pick up and drop off is limited to one 8-seater SUV. Excess baggage or passengers will be charged separately. If you and your companion are not familiar with Los Angeles or are not comfortable driving, you can also choose our "Private Customized Reception in the United States" service. A Queen size bed and a foldable crib(up to 6 MONTH baby) in another bedroom. Master Bedroom 2 Double Bed, Second Bedroom 1 Double Bed & 1 Simple Crib that can be folded (for infants under 6 months old only) Thank you for interesting in my unit! There is a Full equipment kitchen in this apartment. Glasses, bowls, plates and silverware in the dishwasher. A whistle kettle and disposable cups on the table. The pot, pan, wok, rice cooker and dishwasher pacs in the cabinet. In this apartment, I also provide shampoo, bodyworks, hand towels, bath towels, body lotion and a hairdryer. For some reasons, there aren’t any slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush in the room. I apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for loving my place. Glasses, bowls, plates, plain utensils (chopsticks, knives, forks, spoons), etc. are provided in the kitchen, all in the dishwasher.A kettle and a disposable cup are on the table. All pots and dishwasher detergent are in the kitchen cabinet.I will provide shampoo, shower gel, towels, big bath towels, body lotion and a hair dryer in the room.Due to feedback from previous Guests, slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste are no longer available in the room.
