Le Rivat is located just minutes from the famous Village Vacances Valcartier, Valcartier military base, the Hôtel de Glace, and many other tourist attractions. Wake up surrounded by nature every morning, visit Old Quebec in the same day, come home for dinner with friends, and enjoy a fire outdoors or in the fireplace—that’s the kind of experience that awaits you! Guest access Access is easy by car, and you can reach Old Quebec in about 30 minutes. You will also be just a few minutes away from the famous Village Vacances Valcartier, a popular tourist destination featuring indoor water attractions at Bora Parc, outdoor water activities in summer, and tubing slides in winter. Within just a few minutes by car, you can also enjoy a variety of resort activities, such as a day at Le Castor Golf Course, a visit to the Hôtel de Glace, a rafting adventure, or a relaxing day at the beautiful Aroma Spa. The Valcartier military base is also accessible to visitors through the Le Castor Centre. Other things to note Le Rivat is located on the Vallée Jeunesse site, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping young people facing academic and/or social adjustment challenges. When you rent a chalet or house, you help support the organization’s mission: restoring hope to young people in need and helping them regain confidence in their abilities and their future. Please note that this chalet is located near neighboring properties, and it is essential to respect the surrounding area. For this reason, events and parties are not permitted at the chalet.
