Look no further! **Animals on Property: dogs are permitted, with a maximum of two per reservation. Cats and other animals are not allowed. Due to the additional cleaning required, a $220 per dog cleaning fee applies per animal, including service animals.** **Please refer to our rental contract for our cancellation policy.** **Guest is required to sign our rental contract prior to receiving access to the house.** **Additional Cleaning Fee: An additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged to Guest for excess sand brought into the house. Guests are asked to wash their feet and feet of children before entry into the home. Sand found on furniture or in beds will result in the additional $200 cleaning fee. White towels and linens are not to be used to remove make-up or for cleaning greasy, bloody or dirty objects. A $25/towel and $55/sheet cleaning fee will be assessed for damage to towels and linens.** This beautiful home was recently refreshed and is ready for you to enjoy. Upon entering the front door you’ll be greeted by warm hardwood flooring and a large open concept living space. The expansive family room is well appointed with ample seating for all, a flat screen television, DVD player, fireplace, Wi-Fi access for the entire home. Spend a romantic evening cozying up next to the fire or have fun with a family game night. The possibilities are endless! Next to the family room, the formal dining room and kitchen offer a large dining table and bar seating. Outfitted with white cabinetry, tile countertops and stainless-steel appliances this heart of the first floor is an entertainer’s dream. The kitchen has everything you need to make breakfast, lunch and even holiday dinners, and is fully stocked with all of the essentials. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, gas range, and coffee makers (both traditional and Keurig). Opposite of the kitchen is a bright formal dining area with dutch door leading to the private interior courtyard. Off the kitchen area, there is a main floor bedroom with private bathroom and french doors leading directly to the private interior courtyard. This bedroom has wine storage and a comfortable queen bed. The private bathroom also has a door leading directly outside, so that you can come in from the beach straight to a warm shower! On the second floor you’ll find a spacious master bedroom with a plush King-sized bed, vaulted ceilings flooded with natural light. This dream-like setting will be perfect to wake up to every morning during your stay. Start your day by opening the windows to smell the fresh ocean air and feel the cool ocean breeze. For your entertainment, the master bedroom also contains a smart TV. The en suite bathroom has bright tile flooring, dual vanities, and full bathtub with shower. The second bedroom includes a cozy Queen-sized bed with fresh linens, ample closet space and also has its own en suite bathroom. The third bedroom is outfitted with two twin-sized beds, additional closet space, it’s very own bathroom and is the perfect place for two to get a good night’s sleep. In addition, the upstairs has a centrally located den area with built in desk space and TV. There is a pull out queen sofa. All bedrooms combined, this lovely home sleeps up to ten guests. In addition to the cozy gas fireplace, this home is equipped with central heating for chilly evenings. For your convenience, there is also a full-size Washer and Dryer for any of your laundry needs (complete with the essentials). This home also includes one garage parking spot. A short five-minute walk to Marine Avenue takes you to all of the quaint shops and restaurants that the island has to offer. For your convenience, we will assign you a personalized door access code. This way you don't have to remember to keep up with keys or any additional details during your stay. Other things to note Balboa Island is a vibrant and evolving community, and due to the close proximity of homes on the island, construction or renovation work may occasionally take place on neighboring properties. While we do our best to provide a peaceful stay, we have no control over external construction activities and their timing. We want to be transparent and set proper expectations—construction noise is not uncommon in this area, and it is something all homeowners and visitors may experience from time to time. As this is outside of our control, we are unable to offer refunds or discounts related to nearby construction.
