Welcome to Heron's Rest located on the water in Bemus Point. Every bedroom has lake views. Whether you are in the front yard or the back you are looking at water. Private dock. Bemus Point (downtown) is walking distance (1 mile) to restaurants, antique shops, playground, golf course, etc. Visit Peek n Peak, 25 minutes from our home where you can use the adventure park (zip lines, ropes course), spa, downhill ski or tube. Highest speed WIFI available - 70Mbps download speed. The space LAKEFRONT (not lake view/not canal). Renovated lakefront home with 4 bedrooms featuring: King-1st floor, Queen-1st floor, 2 singles-upstairs, Double-upstairs. ALL bedrooms have a view of the lake. Renovated full bath first floor. 1/2 bath 2nd floor. First floor layout: game room with checker/chess table, books and games galore for both kids and adults provided. Eat in kitchen with island, bar height table and extra seats at the counter top. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need for the week. 2 closet pantries. One large open living room with dining area overlooking lake. Two smart TV's to connect to your Netflix, Prime or Hulu accounts. Private Dock for your boats (3 boats will fit) or jet ski. Covered lakefront patio. Weber grill. A few bikes, life vests (assorted sizes), brand new paddle boat (2023)and 2 kayaks provided. 2 car attached garage (1 car will fit within garage) and two parking spots next to lattice area where watercraft located. Room for a trailer in the yard or on service road. WIFI highest speed available through spectrum. Location is bottom of a quiet cul-de-sac. Enjoy the whole home. I have great neighbors. I share a circle drive, so please park on parking pad by lattice, in attached garage (if available) or on my grass. Please leave the circle drive open. Also, please keep chairs, games on my lawn areas. There is quite a bit of lawn area in front and behind my home. For easy reference, if you stay on the grass that would be directly behind my home that would be great. Area attractions: Southern Tier Brewery and Distilling Company Hiking @ Long Point State Park Panama Rocks Chautauqua Institute **Please note: the bridge going over CHQ is under construction for the next few years. Our exit (bemus) is OPEN off of 86. I cannot guarantee you won’t see or hear bridge construction noise during your stay. Guest access Entire home. Park one car in the garage. Only part of property you will not be able to access is the owners closet in garage and the owners fridge in laundry room. Other things to note **please note we have no control over weather or water conditions or wildlife on property (geese, ducks, bald eagle, blue heron, crane) - if you are going to base your review on any of these factors - please don’t book. Please note that our dock is seasonal and does not get put in until middle of May and then comes out middle of October** CHQ bridge is under construction thru 2026. I have no control over the noise the construction may create. The bridge is often closed to traffic between 3 am and 6 am.
