Gorgeous beach, Onsite pool, restaurant & bar, shops nearby, golfing, diving, snorkeling, fishing and much more. Great getaway spot for a family vacation or couples looking to relax by the ocean. The space Large 2 br/ 1ba condo features 2 queen beds & queen sleeper/sofa, granite countertops in kitchen & bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with 3 bar stools at counter, dining room table for 4, central air, double sink bathroom vanity, large shower, washer/dryer in unit, internet & cable, large tv's in both bedrooms & living room, dvd players, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, games & movies. Our 20' x 30' patio has seating for 6 for outdoor dining & comfy sofa to relax on and direct access to the beach. Also, has plastic bench to hold beach toys & snorkeling gear. Outdoor closet has beach chairs. Guest access This unit has received the clean & pristine award for your safety. Entire complex is for guest to use. Main key for entry into facility & main condo door is in our guest box at our front door. Guests have use of beach, pool, bar & restaurant, outdoor pool lounges. There are beach chairs & toys supplied for our guest at the condo. We do not live on island, although we do have a property manager that will take care of any needs that arise. All guest must register at front desk. You will be provided entry details 1 week before arrival. Check-in time is 4pm, check-out time is 11am, however that can be flexible depending on other bookings. All bookings must provide names of all occupants so they can be listed on form for Coral Beach security. Minimum 3 night stay. Other things to note All linens, kitchen bath & beach towels, paper products including toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, napkins, fully stocked kitchen including dishes, silverware, glasses, pots & pans, 2 coffee (Kuerig & reg), bathroom starter pack, garbage bags, grilling utensils, toaster, blender, electric frying pan, spices for cooking. Reusable grocery bags that you will need at the grocery store.
