This fully renovated upstairs unit is gorgeous! It has an ocean view from the living room and balcony. It has great air flow and cross breezes so you can open the windows, stay cool and smell the ocean air or you can use our fantastic Air Conditioning. We spared no expense to provide comfortable quality mattresses, sofa and furniture for our guests. The unit is bright and airy, modern, clean and comfortable! This location can't be beat, a few feet to the pier but off the path. SLP #12747 The space This unit is modern, clean and comfortable with high ceilings and an ocean view from the living room and balcony. The master bedroom is spacious, has a king bed, walk in closet, attached bathroom with shower. The second room is also spacious with a queen bed. The bunk room has a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. The sofa has a pull out full size memory foam bed (very comfortable). The back two bedrooms have a shared bathroom with conveniently separated sink toilet/shower so someone can be getting ready at the sink while someone else is in the shower/toilet. Guest access You can walk to so much from this house (the pier, shopping, restaurants, the boardwalk, etc..). You might not need to even move the car during your visit! Parking in Newport is difficult during summer, spring break and some holidays. Consider bringing a smaller car to make sure you fit in the garage. Other things to note -No animals of any kind, we market as an allergy free zone for people with a particular disability (severe animal allergies). Please do not show up with an animal. -No partiers or loud groups at this house please. This is an upstairs unit and noise can travel between the floors. Also our neighbors are not on a 24/7 vacation so noise will be a problem. -Host will not issue a refund after stated cancellation due dates for Covid or any other issues unless the house gets re-booked.
