Enjoy breathtaking lake views from the deck or the party deck of the dock, and incredible sunsets from the open porch. This villa is warm and cozy with lake decor, and fun stuff to do. It is staged with brand new furniture. The kitchen is very well appointed. The space Sunset Villa's outdoor is to die for. A porch overlooking the water delivers the awesome lake views and the breathtaking sunsets. And as the evening slips into dusk, you may want to enjoy streaming a movie or watching sports from the porch TV, even on a cool night, because the powerful heater will come to the rescue. Next to the porch, you can get all the suntan you want from the deck. A great BBQ gas grill closes the deal. A few steps away, the party deck of the dock invites you to come down and have a good time without missing a beat on lake views and a beautiful sunrise or sunset. And, while some houses are lake houses only sometimes, Sunset Villa is always a lake house year-round, drought or no drought. The dock is always in deep water. The fun doesn't have to stop when you get back from the lake. You may want to retire at the terrace level to play billiard, ping pong, or one of the many board games that we provide while watching sports on the large screen TV and indulge at the bar. Or hang out in the tall and spacious family room on main to enjoy a movie or memorable time with the family, while the Chef among you takes advantage of the well-appointed kitchen to deliver the meal of the day. At the end of the day, let the bedding in this villa take you to the sweet dreams and perfect sleep that only the quietest and most secluded lake homes can facilitate. And if you care to hop to Lake Lanier Islands to further enhance your stay and make more memories, rent a boat from one of our vendors or one of the nearby Marinas. Or bring yours. The boat launch is just around the corner from us, but one of our employees could deliver a boat to the dock prior to your arrival. Guest access We will text you access info and additional instructions within one hour of check-in. Please, make sure you provide your current cell phone number when you book. Access is all automated, and we do have a camera by the front entrance for check-in and security purposes. Other things to note We make sure that all appliances, HVAC units, running water, and plumbing, etc., are checked before your arrive. And when any issue comes up during your stay, we will address it diligently.
