Tenmile Retreat - on water, pet friendly, parking

Relax in a bright 3-bedroom/2-bath, pet-friendly home on Tenmile Lakes. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Bring your boat to the beach along the shoreline. It is a private setting, with one rental next door, but minutes away from a grocery store, restaurants, dunes, hiking, and beaches. There is space for parking for two trailers with a total length (including tow vehicle) of 40’ and 45'. Don't hesitate to contact me with questions before you book. The space - 1300 sq ft/single-level home - Hulu, HBO, Disney (3 TVs) - High-speed wi-fi - On the canal that connects N. & S. lakes of Tenmile Lakes. - Plenty of parking - Boat ramp on-site - Boat docks/beach - Pet-friendly (Note: Some years, Tenmile Lakes has algae blooms in late summer - early fall, which is hazardous if dogs drink the lake water) - Large outdoor space for fishing, walking dogs, watching wildlife, & sunsets. 1 mi to store/restaurants 3 mi to Spinreel Dunes 8 mi to Winchester Bay Guest access - Entire home, plus outside areas - Lock up kayaks/personal items left on the beach. We are not responsible for stolen property. - You can use the boat ramp on-site if you feel comfortable and have 4- wheel drive. Lakeside has a county dock if you prefer a less steep option. - The dock is first-come, first-served. Or there is plenty of room to beach motor or paddle boats Other things to note There is a long-term rental next door. The dock is shared with this rental, too. We are working on getting more docks. There should be plenty of room to either dock or beach your boat. There is room for your trailers and toys, but trailers > 15’ should back in from the main road. Parking for 2 trailers with a length total length (including tow vehicle) 40’ and 45. Please contact me with questions before you book. Keep the road open between the two rentals.
