Mountain Mommas at Arrowhead Lake

Mountain Mommas is a well appointed home aiming to make vacations easier especially for those traveling with littles! There are many family features such as a dual tv/playroom space, baby gates, a minicrib and a baby monitor. We love dogs and a dual large crate side table is onsite. The home has many smart features such as contactless entry, amazon echo dots, ac/heat mini splits, and a digital guest guide. The neighborhood is amenity packed! *see other details The space Mountain Mommas is an Industrial Modern stylized Lake-Mountain Chalet that also maintains ample comforts. It is set up to truly feel like home with many books, kids toys, and multiple gathering areas. It is truly set up to be able to pack your bags and settle right in with extensive baby and family items supplied. Enjoy time outside at our fire pit, make a fresh pizza in our outdoor pizza oven, or venture around the neighborhood on a quest to find all the amenities including multiple lake beaches! There is even a whole home generator installed so that in the unlikely event a storm knocks out neighborhood power guests will not be impacted. The generator “exercises” on a schedule at 11am on Mondays for approximately 20 minutes, guests will not be impacted in any way but may hear it running. Amenities listed not in the home itself such as gym equipment and pool tables are located in the neighborhood with access to them included in your stay. Guest access Guests may access all portions of the home and property except 1 turnover closet which is locked and located in the lower level tv room, 1 owners closet which is locked and located in the upstairs hallway, the owners shed which is locked outdoors on the right side of the home, the crawl space, and the attic. We promise there’s nothing too exciting in any of them! Breaking the locks and taking items from these areas will be considered theft and forfeit security deposit in its entirety. Other things to note We always recommend cancel for any reason travel insurance to all guests, both when traveling to our home and other locations! Our street is nice and quiet and ideally located close to the lake and many amenities. Our neighbors on either side, and directly across the street are all long standing full-timers, meaning they live in the neighborhood as their primary residence. We ask that you just please respect their right to peaceful enjoyment in their own homes! They have been so kind to us and keep an eye on our home while it’s empty and when storms pass. They are good people and we want both our guests and neighbors to continue loving the neighborhood. Fishing licenses for those age 16+ wanting to fish may be purchased online The following is needed no less than 3 days in advance of stay to register with the neighborhood, neighborhood fees are now built into our Airbnb pricing so that we can handle payment and registration on your behalf: Rental Information: * Arrival Date & Departure Date * Total number of occupants (all ages) * Number of occupants age 6 and over * Number of Vehicles *phone number *email address Vehicle Information: (for each vehicle) * Driver Name * Type of Vehicle - Private Vehicle or Rental Car * Vehicle Year, Make, Model, License Plate # & State If the home is booked in advance of the 3 day minimum and the information is not provided ahead of the 3 day timeframe a $100 fee will be required, as the neighborhood charges a $100 rush fee for registration less than 3 days in advance. No same day registration is allowed and if the above information is not provided at least 24 hours in advance of the stay the neighborhood will deny entry and no booking refund will be provided due to renter not providing the needed information.
