Coastal Capri Paradise

Here is your chance to stay at one of the original properties on Isles of Capri dating back to 1950! Our cozy 2 bedroom/2 bath located on the water with direct access to the gulf. Isles of Capri is a small quiet island off of Marco. The island features 4 restaurants & bars within walking distance & a marina to rent boats where you can fish and travel to Keewaydin Island! Home offers quiet space for singles, families, or couples! Spectacular views of the water can be seen from the home. The space With three villas, this was one of the first properties built on Isles of Capri in the 1950's. Great place to unwind from all the hustle and bustle. Capri is so quiet and peaceful. Everyone is so friendly on the island, you won't know a stranger! We also have one of the best fishing spots on the island!!! Guest access Keypad on the door. Keyless-contactless entry at any time of day/night Other things to note Unfortunately due to guest negligence, we can no longer offer kayaks for use. We apologize for any inconvenience. Capri Fish house right across the street, does rent them though as well as the Capri marina across by the Gypsy. Some points future guests may want to know about the space! -personal hygiene products along with coffee, food, and drinks are not provided! -This property is from the 1950s! We have done the best we can with the space provided. It is smaller but we have done our best to show that through images. -Bathrooms are smaller but there are 2 full bathrooms (2 toilets, 2 showers, & 2 sinks) -There is no dishwasher & the kitchen space is not massive. Smaller stove/oven to fit space -Entryway ceiling can appear short to taller people. I am 5'3'' and Todd is 5'7'' and we have no issues. Previous guests that are taller have mentioned it in the past. -Laundry room is in the back of the building (middle blue door) that is shared with two other units. -There are 2 new window A.C units...1 in living room & 1 in main master bedroom. We also have 2 wall fans located in the kitchen and other bedroom. The A.C does circulate but can be a problem for some people if they expect central air. -You CAN bring your boat or rent a boat and tie up to our boat dock during your stay. You can NOT use the boat lift but you can tie your boat up for sure to use during your stay! -This paradise location being on the water near mangroves can pose for bugs to be present inside and outside. We DO have pest control services and if you see critters inside, please let us know and we can contact pest control to come out at their earliest convenience. If you do happen to see inside friends please note they have consumed the pesticide and will die. Unfortunately, their presence is sometimes made aware even when we don't want to see them.
