Our home is close to public transportation, the city center, parks, art and culture. You’ll love our place because of the coziness and the location. Our home is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Enjoy the peaceful quiet setting with a walk in the forest, or partake in the many boating opportunities, hiking, biking, dining, and shopping activities in the area. We offer a long-term discount of 20%, or $60 per night for terms of 28 days, to 90 days maximum. This room is quiet and secluded in a forest setting of tall cedars. The new Queen bed is very comfortable, and there is a table and chairs for any desk work you may want to catch up on. There is also a couch for lounging, and a sink, mini fridge, coffee maker, TV, and Wi-Fi for your convenience. You also have access to our kitchen if you need one. You can use the front deck with table and chairs, or the upstairs sunroom which has a lovely garden view. Please feel free to roam the gardens and forest. There is a half bath adjacent to the room, and you have exclusive use of the upstairs shower/bathroom. You also have access to our kitchen if you need one. Kayla, a wellness coach and hypnotherapist, and Bill, a metal sculptor, are available to help with whatever you might need. Our goal is to make your stay with us as comfortable and pleasant as possible. We look forward to meeting you. I love interacting with our guests and making them feel at home, and we also respect our guests privacy. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood but is near highway 305 for easy access to many local attractions such a shops and restaurants. There all tall cedars, Rhododendrons, and wild flowers depending on the season. You may even see a deer pass by our apple trees, or an eagle or osprey overhead. There is public transportation available about four blocks away, and getting to the ferry for Seattle is only a twelve minute drive. The ferry is a 35 minute trip into Seattle. There are many other sights to see in the area within easy driving distance, such as beaches, and the Olympic Mountains. Update: Due to some past feedback, we wish to clarify a few things. We are not in town within walking distance to shops and restaurants, which is why it is so quiet and peaceful here. But a few minutes drive takes you to Bainbridge Island, or downtown Poulsbo. Please see the map to understand our location. Also, we are in a forest, so you may see some wildlife, the occasional leaf on the floor, or even an insect, in spite of our continuous cleaning efforts. Lastly, We make every effort to greet you on arrival, show you the room and other spaces, explain parking and private entry, and answer any questions. We try to make check-in easy and pleasant, so if you need something we don't cover, please ask. We will provide maps and brochures for many local attractions.
